The project centers on Haddock, a B2B SaaS platform enhancing restaurant operations with digital document management, pricing insights, and sales control. Initial stakeholder discussions unveiled a hypothesis on time constraints causing service discontinuation. Despite limited client access, we leveraged interviews and surveys with restaurant owners and managers to validate the hypothesis and understand the challenges.

In our initial interviews with a mix of Haddock clients, ex-clients, and non-clients (5 people), we found a continued dependence on WhatsApp and verbal communication, along with challenges in task delegation due to limited features in existing tools. The second round of interviews (4 people) revele the significance of efficient digital management solutions in resolving these issues.
